Our strategy
Reaching more young people, delivering real impact.
By 2024/27, we aim to deliver our programmes to over 2,000 young people across three regions. Our strategy focuses on four key priorities that guide how we grow and deliver impact:
Deliver the programme consistently and effectively, tracking long-term skills outcomes and building robust evidence of lasting impact.
Strengthen relationships with schools and corporate partners while expanding into new regions to reach more young people.
Champion the movement for Essential Skills, advocating for their inclusion in education and youth employment, piloting innovative city collaborations, and amplifying youth voices.
Grow sustainably with a diverse team, resilient systems, and a strong funding model that supports scale and impact.
