Reflecting on Our 2025 Work Experience Programme

49 young people empowered, 11 partners engaged. Excited to offer even more opportunities in 2026!
Reflecting on Our 2025 Work Experience Programme

As 2025 draws to a close, we’ve been reflecting on one of the most impactful parts of our year: the expansion of Envision’s bespoke work experience programme. This summer, we were proud to provide 49 incredible young people with tailor-made opportunities to develop their Essential Skills and boost their workplace readiness for the future.

Working alongside 11 fantastic corporate partners across three regions, we continued our mission to empower young people by giving them real-world experiences that build confidence and prepare them for the next steps in their journey. From honing communication and teamwork to demonstrating creativity and determination, the growth we’ve witnessed has been nothing short of inspiring.

The feedback speaks volumes: 95% of participants who responded rated their experience 5 stars for overall satisfaction and feeling comfortable in the workplace. Every young person had a safe space to explore, contribute, and thrive – while our partners created meaningful opportunities that truly made a difference.

We’re deeply grateful to our partners for making this possible: Arup, IOP Publishing, HS2 (High Speed Two) Ltd, Motability Operations Ltd, Kennedys, Federated Hermes, NFP (an Aon company), Gymshark, and AllianceBernstein. Your commitment to empowering the next generation is shaping brighter futures.

Looking back at what we achieved in 2025 fills us with excitement for what’s next. In 2026, we’re aiming to offer even more opportunities, reach more young people, and continue building a future where every young person has the skills and confidence to succeed. Stay tuned for updates on how we’ll make 2026 our most impactful year yet!
