Our Corporate Partners
Our corporate partners are a crucial part of the Envision programme, providing teams of mentors to young people from the beginning to the end of their journey.
Over the past 20 years we have built strong partnerships with businesses across our three regions and we’re proud that 90% of these businesses continue to work with us each year.ย As we grow we are looking to build more partnerships with values aligned local businesses to continue to empower young people across the U.K
Why get involved?
We are proud to collaborate with our corporate partners and provide them with opportunities to meet and exceed their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and staff engagement targets. Through our partnership, you will make a tangible impact on your local community and engage the future workforce, whilst providing your staff teams with an inspirational opportunity to develop their own skills.
Our structured volunteering programme enables teams of mentors from your organisation to support young people to develop their essential skills and build their confidence. At Envision, we see the relationship between mentor and mentee as equal. Both young people and mentors bring their own experience and expertise to the sessions, and they learn from one another. Each of our partners can put forward a group of 8-16 mentors to work alongside our teams of young people
Each mentor volunteers for 10- 12 hours in total over the course of the programme. This includes a 2 hour training session so that mentors feel fully prepared. All of our sessions are facilitated by trained Envision staff so mentors can show up on the day and have the most meaningful impact.
Working alongside young people on their social action project, mentors also support them to gain new perspectives on their life and career prospects. At the end of the programme, we share work experience opportunities you have at your organisation with our programme graduates so they can continue their learning.
