Before joining Envision in 2018, Shiho gained accounting experience in both the non-profit and for-profit sectors in the U.S. There, she oversaw every day financial management and contributed to wider financial strategy and development. Shiho feels passionate about using her expertise in this field to help Envision to continue to grow and therefore promote equality within young people.
