In 2010, Sarah travelled to South-East Asia with the intention of staying for six months yet ended up spending ten years living in Cambodia, where she co-founded a social business delivering educational travel experiences for young people. Sarah specialised in development and experiential education, with a specific interest in cross-cultural competency and critical thinking skills. When she returned to the UK in 2021, Sarah was keen to join an organisation where she could continue to use the skills she had developed to support young people in her home country.
