Rob has over 30 years’ experience in technology strategy and transformation thinking, holding senior roles across technology and consulting firms in Canada, US, and Europe. His experience includes information transformation programmes in banking, wealth, and investment banking organisations, as well as market segments in the commercial area, consumer products, government and Telco. He has chaired several global working groups including BCBS 239, European Analytics Forum, and the Chief Data Officer Forum. He has focused on solutions across regulation and compliance, operational efficiency and technology-led business enablement. Rob is a retired partner from Ernst & Young’s EMEIA FSO Advisory service line and was their Technology Leader for Europe. One of Rob’s roles was UK Leader of Diversity and Inclusion, where he formed an industry group of others in similar roles with the leading firms in his city. Rob also has experience mentoring young people through an industry initiative, where he became very passionate about the topic of social mobility. During this time, the firm he worked for presented him with the opportunity to take a Board role with Envision.
