Through volunteering as a mentor with IntoUniversity to support young people from underrepresented backgrounds in their next steps after school, Ella found herself to be more driven by this than her day job. She has always been passionate about empowering young people to fulfil their potential, therefore Envision has given her the opportunity to work alongside amazing people towards the thing she cares most about every day.
