Louis first discovered Envision by taking part in the 2025 Envision Bike Ride through Norfolk, an experience he describes as both amazing and exhausting. Inspired by the event, he went on to volunteer as a mentor in London, where he learned from Envision staff, fellow mentors and, most importantly, the young people he supported. His experience as a mentor sparked a career change, leading him to leave his role as a geologist and join the Envision team, where he is passionate about helping young people develop the skills and confidence to make a positive impact.
