Latesha first joined Envision through the Post-16 Programme before becoming part of the Youth Advisory Group, where she gained insight into Envision’s work behind the scenes. She also sat on the judging panel for a final event, supporting and uplifting young people who were in the same position she had been in the year before. These experiences led her to the exciting opportunity of becoming a Youth Board Trustee.
