Kathleen has spent the last 15 years working in primary education, where she has always been passionate about creating opportunities for children to grow, develop confidence and reach their potential. Alongside her teaching career, she has volunteered as a peer supporter, helping people through challenges and creating spaces where they feel heard and empowered. She was drawn to Envision because it brings together her passion for making an impact, building relationships and creating opportunities for people to thrive.
