Data & Impact Manager
More about me
Since graduating from the University of Leeds in 2016, Jess has worked in the youth charity sector in various roles. Through her role as Social Action Manager with NCS, she has seen the difference young people can make in the world, and the difference that can be made to their confidence when they are offered opportunities to shine. Working with Envision, Jess wants to continue to empower underrepresented young people to become the best they can be.
A social issue I care about
“I am passionate about equity and inclusion, particularly as it pertains to young people with SEND or SEMH needs. Alongside my work with Envision, I am an academy councillor for an Alternative Provision school in Bristol, so that I can continue to champion the provision of safe spaces and second chances for young people who might otherwise be cast aside by the education system.”
