Growing up in a less advantaged area of Essex and being the first in her family to attend university, Hayley developed a strong awareness of social mobility and the role education can play in improving access to opportunities. She began her career in Trusts and Foundations fundraising at a children’s literacy charity and was drawn to Envision’s work because she believes that working on something we care about can bring out the best in us. She’s excited to be part of an organisation that supports young people to develop key skills while taking action on the social issues that matter to them.
