Danny's journey into education wasn’t a traditional one. As a student, he admits that PE was the only subject he truly enjoyed, and after leaving school, he worked in and managed several pubs in Birmingham and Hackney while raising a young family. It was during this time that he discovered his passion for helping others to reach their potential, leading him to begin working as a teaching assistant while studying part-time to earn his degree and become a teacher. Having led schools in Birmingham facing challenging circumstances, Danny is now Principal at A’Soud Global School in Oman, continuing to inspire young people to believe in what they can achieve.
