Charis was raised in Somerset, leaving for London to start an internship with a dance company. As a young adult she volunteered with youth clubs and has been involved in youth work ever since, working with schools, charities and community outreach projects. Charis is excited about working with Envision to provide young people with equal opportunities to develop essential skills that they can take with them to follow whichever paths they want.
