Katie has always found inspiration in working alongside young people, starting with her experience teaching drama to children with Stage2 Youth Theatre. She studied Philosophy at the University of Nottingham, where her experience of working with young people, combined with her passion for an equitable society, led her to volunteer in a Widening Participation scheme in a deprived Nottingham-based primary school. Katie felt both inspired and fulfilled by this experience, leading her to find Envision, where she has worked as a Coach, Programme Coordinator, Programme Manager and now a Regional Manager.
