Expanding our programmes in the West Midlands!

We're excited to share that we are expanding our programmes into the Black Country!
Expanding our programmes in the West Midlands!

Why the Black Country?

Our decision to begin working with schools and corporate partners in the Black Country, with a specific focus on Walsall and Wolverhampton, is rooted in thorough research led by Rocket Science and funded by the Fidelity Foundation. The area has the second-highest youth unemployment rate in the country, a large skills deficit, and a need for more youth Essential Skills programmes like ours.

Why now?

The timing couldn’t be better. Over the last few years, we’ve worked on the building blocks for growth with impact – refining our programme, rolling out a new impact strategy, deepening our partnerships, tightening our systems, and developing our team. The pieces are now in place to continue our work in our hub cities while beginning new delivery in high-need, neighbouring areas.
This expansion isn’t just about geographical reach—it’s about deepening our impact and empowering more young people to build their Essential Skills and create positive change in their communities. With a passionate team driving us forward, there’s no better time than now for this new chapter of growth and opportunity!

Join us!

But here’s the thing: we can’t do it alone. Is your school eager to provide your students with an opportunity to build their essential skills and confidence, proven to support their education, employment and well-being? Is your business looking to give back in a meaningful way – supporting future talent and your local community? We want to hear from you! Together, we can make a huge impact.
