Envision, through our various empowerment programmes, provide real and rewarding experiences for people to make a positive difference and thereby realise their capacity and willingness to continue doing so.

Envision has direct links to 16-19 year olds in sixth form schools and colleges and can help you build close links with your local school and college as well as helping you and your employees to build key skills of facilitation, project management and teamwork by volunteering and empowering the young people to realise their capacity to make a difference.
By providing successful links with schools and colleges in England we can work with your company to develop innovative projects and solutions which can meet your company’s corporate social responsibility, human resources development and public relations needs.
Over the last 8 years we have worked with and engaged over 10, 000 young people to build their confidence, employability skills while raising their awareness around social and environmental issues. Our Coordinators are experienced and we have great knowledge of the local areas we work in. Each year over 90% of participants indicate positive impact against: confidence, awareness, employability skills and a desire to continue making a difference. Retrospective surveys indicated participants who had left the programme up to four years previously still felt its benefits and were more likely to be active in their communities, demonstrating the long-term impacts.
