Andrew recently joined Envision from TimeBank, a national volunteering charity where he helped establish a number of volunteering programmes including Volunteer to Win, a volunteer recruitment campaign as part of the London bid for the 2012 Olympic Games.  Andrew is very excited about joining Envision, which as a Scotsman, isn't something that happens very often.

Rachel holds the overview for Envision’s various youth programmes. This includes exploring opportunities for partnership projects, developing new programmes and evaluating existing activities. She is considered the Envision expert, knowing the programme back to front and back again!

Mel is responsible for overseeing Envision’s Flagship Programme for 16-19 year olds across the country. She also explores new ways in which we can offer the best quality services to schools and colleges to meet our aim of empowering young people to make a difference.  Mel enjoys nothing more than a good chat over a cuppa about how Envision can go national, maybe even global, so if you want Envision to come to your neck of the woods, give her a buzz.

Paulette's role involves community fundraising as well as securing funding and grants from trusts, foundations, livery companies and statutory agencies. Alastair supports across most areas of Envision’s fundraising operations and spends his days looking for new ways that Envision’s work can be supported. He regularly demonstrates his commitment to fair trade by helping to diminish the office coffee supplies.

Zoë works on a wide range of fundraising operations, supporting Paulette in the London office. She looks after community fundraising, so if you’d like to find out more about fundraising to support what we do, she would love to hear from you! At weekends, you can find her showing her support for ethical living by eating fair-trade chocolate and shopping for charity-shop chic clothes.

Andrew is responsible for developing and maintaining Envision’s relationship with corporate, public sector and third sector partners across the country. Andrew is currently on a part-time two-year secondment with The Co-operative Foundation where he manages the seven charities across the UK who are delivering the Truth about Youth programme.

Darshna co-manages the Birmingham Office with Cameron.  She manages the Schools and Colleges programme in Birmingham and ensures the young people have an amazing time making a difference.  She also coordinates other citizenship opportunities in schools and colleges.
