Meet the Team

We are fortunate at Envision to have an amazing team of committed, talented and enthusiastic staff. Here is a brief introduction to the team:

Management Team
	Andrew Dick Chief Executive andrewdick@envision.org.uk Andrew recently joined Envision from TimeBank, a national volunteering charity where he helped establish a number of volunteering programmes including Volunteer to Win, a volunteer recruitment campaign as part of the London bid for the 2012 Olympic Games. Andrew is very excited about joining Envision, which as a Scotsman, isn't something that happens very often.
	Rachel Urquhart Head of Development rachel@envision.org.uk Rachel holds the overview for Envision’s various youth programmes. This includes exploring opportunities for partnership projects, developing new programmes and evaluating existing activities. She is considered the Envision expert, knowing the programme back to front and back again!
	Mel Dipple Head of Programmes mel@envision.org.uk Mel is responsible for overseeing Envision’s Flagship Programme for 16-19 year olds across the country. She also explores new ways in which we can offer the best quality services to schools and colleges to meet our aim of empowering young people to make a difference. Mel enjoys nothing more than a good chat over a cuppa about how Envision can go national, maybe even global, so if you want Envision to come to your neck of the woods, give her a buzz.
	Rommel O. Moseley Head of Enterprise rommel@envision.org.uk Rommel is responsible for diversifying Envision's income via educational and youth consultancy and through developing relationships with corporate partners. If you want to know more about the services we offer and want to get involved in the Envision success story, contact Rommel - he's waiting to hear from you.
	Phillip Kerry Head of Resources phil@envision.org.uk Phil is responsible for making sure Envision runs smoothly. He looks after our wonderful team, office and finances. He is also responsible for tea drinking management in the London office.
The Central Services Team
	Paulette Smith Trusts & Statutory Fundraising Manager paulette@envision.org.uk Paulette's role involves community fundraising as well as securing funding and grants from trusts, foundations, livery companies and statutory agencies. She also works with delivery and management staff to collate statistics and information, and keeps our funders updated on our activities. If you want to talk money, get in touch!
	Emma Bird Communications and Policy Manager emmab@envision.org.uk Emma is reponsible for promoting the good work of Envision and raising the organisation's profile within the sector and beyond. If you have a media query or if you want to know more about Envision feel free to drop Emma an email.
	Anneka Deva Grad Programme Coordinator anneka@envision.org.uk Anneka is responsible for building a new programme dedicated to supporting all the young people that graduate from the Envision programme. With graduates of Envision spanning 10 years she has a big job on her hands but if you have any ideas to share drop her an email.
	Alastair McLernon Fundraising Coordinator alastair@envision.org.uk Alastair supports across most areas of Envision’s fundraising operations and spends his days looking for new ways that Envision’s work can be supported. He regularly demonstrates his commitment to fair trade by helping to diminish the office coffee supplies.
	Joe Bibby Finance and Office Coordinator joe@envision.org.uk Joe is the man who pays our bills, manages our IT systems, and makes our London office a safe and pleasant place to work. Please contact Joe with any queries regarding finance, IT or office management.
	Zoë Fishel Fundraising Officer zoe@envision.org.uk Zoë works on a wide range of fundraising operations, supporting Paulette in the London office. She looks after community fundraising, so if you’d like to find out more about fundraising to support what we do, she would love to hear from you! At weekends, you can find her showing her support for ethical living by eating fair-trade chocolate and shopping for charity-shop chic clothes.
	Andrew Ridge Envision Partnerships Manager andrew@envision.org.uk Andrew is responsible for developing and maintaining Envision’s relationship with corporate, public sector and third sector partners across the country. Andrew is currently on a part-time two-year secondment with The Co-operative Foundation where he manages the seven charities across the UK who are delivering the Truth about Youth programme.
The Birmingham Team
	Cameron Nimmo Co-Regional Manager - Birmingham cameron@envision.org.uk Cameron co-manages the Birmingham Office alongside Darshna. Cam also coordinates student events for the post-16 programme, recruits and trains adult volunteers and deals with Birmingham’s media enquiries and publicity. 	Darshna Solanki Co-Regional Manager - Birmingham darshna@envision.org.uk Darshna co-manages the Birmingham Office with Cameron. She manages the Schools and Colleges programme in Birmingham and ensures the young people have an amazing time making a difference. She also coordinates other citizenship opportunities in schools and colleges.
	Karen Dhesi Envision Coordinator - Birmingham karen@envision.org.uk Karen works with Envision’s Flagship Schools and Colleges programme, helping the Birmingham schools get their projects off the ground. She can’t wait to see what amazing ideas this year’s Envision students come up with!
	Emma Jayne Packham Envision Coordinator - Birmingham emmap@envision.org.uk Emma is one of the Birmingham interns, and will be supporting Cameron with Envision events and communications in Birmingham. Emma is full of ideas and passionate about empowering young people. In her spare time Emma can be found cooking up a treat in the kitchen dancing along to rock music!
	Kate Weiler Envision Coordinator - Birmingham katew@envision.org.uk Kate is one of three interns in the Birmingham office. She is responsible for looking after our lovely school volunteers and anything else that comes along! Outside of work her main passions are UV face paint and glitter.
The Bristol Team
	Gemma Timons Regional Coordinator - Bristol gemma@envision.org.uk Gemma is responsible for making sure Envision makes a big impression as it expands into the West Country. She will be making sure that Envision has a successful first year and that the young people and volunteers in Bristol achieve great things! When not telling Bristol about how great Envision is, she can be found on the netball court or tackling the hills of Bristol on her bike.
	Rebecca Simms Envision Coordinator - Bristol rebecca@envision.org.uk Rebecca is supporting Gemma to set up the new Bristol Office and the Flagship Schools and Colleges programme, and also helping Envision become a household name. She is looking forward to a great year ahead! Outside of work you’ll find her involved in anything Latin: Capoeira, Salsa, Spanish, Samba...
The Leeds Team
	Katherine Myles Regional Manager - Leeds katherine@envision.org.uk Katherine leads on the delivery of Envision’s work in Leeds, and especially making sure our work with young people spills into whole schools, neighbourhoods, the business community and to decision makers. If you’re looking to bring Envision to your school, or to involve young agents for action in your work, then give Katherine a call.
	Laurie Clemenceau Project Coordinator - Leeds laurie@envision.org.uk Laurie is responsible for recruiting and training adult volunteers in Leeds. She also makes sure that young people have a great Envision experience. When not working, Laurie likes going hiking and travelling all around Europe.
	Behla Hutchinson Envision Coordinator - Leeds behla@envision.org.uk Behla is the Leeds intern. She will be helping Laurie and Katherine to make an even bigger splash in Leeds this year and is looking forward to getting stuck in to anything and everything! Her passions outside of work are playing music, cycling and wild swimming.
The London Team
	Patrick Taylor Programme Manager - London patrick@envision.org.uk Paddy manages Envision’s flagship programme in London. He also manages our educational consultancy services, which include teacher training and active citizenship days for schools and colleges.
	Emily Lau Volunteer Manager - London emily@envision.org.uk Emily is responsible for taking care of all the lovely Envision volunteers and coordinating projects in schools. She also sets up employee volunteering, one-day challenges and mentoring sessions, so get in touch if you are interested in signing up. In her spare time you can find her in the antique shops and curio markets around South London.
	Helen Thomas Communications and Events Coordinator - London helen@envision.org.uk Helen coordinates events for the London post-16 programme and deals with London media enquiries and publicity. She also coordinates Envision's new media presence and is fiercely competitive when it comes to crosswords or pub quizzes. Get in touch with any events, press or Twitter queries.
	Florelle Adat Envision Coordinator - London florelle@envision.org.uk Florelle will be supporting the Flagship Schools and Colleges programme in London. She cannot wait to see what the young people come up with - and as a self-confessed busybody she is really excited about getting involved in all aspects of Envision.
	Julia Stevens Envision Coordinator - London julia@envision.org.uk Julia works in the London office helping to deliver the flagship program. She also supports the rest of the team with anything that needs to be done to make Envision even more spectacular than it already is!
	Rachel Taylor Envision Coordinator - London rachelt@envision.org.uk Rachel is very excited to be supporting ten Envision teams in London. If she’s not in the office and she’s not on a school visit, she’s probably in a theatre somewhere sewing costumes!
	Henry Albery Envision Coordinator - London henry@envision.org.uk Henry is passionate about the role young people serve today. He is responsible for supporting with research for the Envision team, Enterprise funding and assisting in the delivery of events and the programme, ensuring Envision's continuing success and sustainability.
	Shelena Begum Envision Coordinator - London shelena@envision.org.uk Shelena is excited to be supporting Anneka on the Grad programme, and is looking forward to an eventful year developing the sustainable skills of Envision's Grads. Her personal mantra is to provide a platform in which to inspire, focus, and deliver. But most importantly, have fun along the way! In her spare time she usually has her nose buried in the fictional world of literature, and is a big dreamer for progressive change.
